Plastic bottle blue flip top black 200 ml is a practical cosmetic bottle intended for filling liquid and light gel-type products where convenient and controlled dispensing is important. The integrated flip top cap allows easy one-handed opening and closing, making the packaging suitable for everyday use in the bathroom, in the shower and while travelling. The durable plastic material helps protect the contents against external influences and, with proper handling, ensures long-term and safe use of the packaging.
This bottle is supplied directly with a practical flip top cap, which is designed for convenient and quick dispensing of the contents without the need for screwing. The combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check sealing, the dispensing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, volatility, any aggressiveness of the ingredients).

For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is necessary to follow specific rules of use. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because under prolonged heat exposure there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning and disinfection we recommend using suitable disinfectant preparations at normal room temperature, without thermal shock and without rapid heating of the material.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it properly in accordance with the material information given in the parameter table for the product. Plastic packaging is usually sorted according to the type of plastic into the appropriate container for plastic waste; follow the pictogram and the recommendations of the local waste collection service.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable preparation. For disinfection we recommend using either isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Perform disinfection at room temperature and avoid boiling, since PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures.
We recommend cleaning the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, without aggressive mechanical scrubbing that could scratch the surface. Do not expose PET material to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation of the packaging. After washing, allow the bottle to air dry with the neck pointing down, and only then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation.
Thanks to the integrated flip top cap, this bottle is ideal mainly for thinner to medium-viscosity contents such as liquid soaps, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and lighter body or hair care products. For very thick creams or balms, dispensing from this type of packaging may be less convenient, so when choosing always take into account the final viscosity of your formulation and, if necessary, carry out a trial filling.
After the contents have been used up, first consider re-using the packaging – when correct hygiene and disinfection are observed, the bottle can serve for a long time. If you decide not to recycle it through repeated use, check the information on the type of plastic and the recycling mark in the product parameters. Then rinse the packaging to remove product residues and dispose of it in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to the recycling symbol (type of plastic). Observing these principles helps reduce the amount of mixed waste and supports effective material recycling.
We do not recommend filling hot or freshly cooked products into PET packaging. High temperature can lead to softening and deformation of the walls of the bottle or the cap. Before filling, always let the formulation cool down to room temperature and only then dose it into the packaging. This protects not only the bottle itself but also the quality and stability of your product.

In this way you will quickly find the combination that best corresponds to your formulation, the required dispensing method and the visual style of your brand.
