Plastic medicine bottle with sprayer represents a practical and hygienic packaging for carefully measured dosing of liquid preparations in a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for packaging various cosmetic and technical solutions that require even application to the skin, hair or a surface. The packaging is designed to be user-friendly, lightweight and easily portable, which you will appreciate for both professional and home use.
This type of bottle with a mechanical sprayer is popular for products that require fine atomization without the use of aerosols. The suitable geometry of the packaging and the dosing mechanism allows comfortable use, minimizes waste and increases control over the consumption of the preparation. The bottle is designed with an emphasis on reliable sealing, easy handling and consistently stable spray pattern.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). In this way you will ensure that your final product will function reliably under real conditions of use, storage and distribution.

The packaging can be reused if correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to prevent microbial contamination or undesirable influence on the fragrance and stability of the new product. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based.
Mechanical sprayers are most suitable for low-viscosity, watery and free-flowing solutions. With thicker emulsions or oils there may be impaired suction, uneven spray distribution or nozzle clogging. If you plan to fill oily or significantly viscous blends, we recommend performing a compatibility test before batch production and considering alternative types of dispensers (e.g. pumps).
Before repeated use it is important to dismantle the packaging into individual parts, rinse out the product residues mechanically and then thoroughly disinfect them. A practical solution is to flush the inside of the bottle and the suction tube with alcohol and allow the components to dry completely. For disinfection you can use products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will minimize the risk of contamination and extend the service life of the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material identification given in the product parameters. First, use up or remove as much as possible of the remaining original contents, rinse the bottle and sprayer, and then sort them into the appropriate container according to the type of plastic. Proper sorting is based on the recycling symbol and material code in the parameter table of the given packaging on the Handymade.sk website. In this way you will minimize the environmental burden and allow the material to be used further.
