Plastic bottle – pharma bottle with practical pump is a universal packaging suitable for dispensing various liquid cosmetic products as well as auxiliary solutions for the household or workshop. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed pump, it allows precise, hygienic and repeatable dosing, which makes product application easier and reduces unnecessary consumption. The stable plastic material of the packaging is resistant to normal mechanical stress, does not splinter and is suitable for everyday use in both home and professional environments.
This bottle – pharma bottle with integrated pump forms a functional combination of packaging and dosing that is suitable for direct use without additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing smoothness and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohols or active substances).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination of the new product and ensures that residues of the original fill do not mix with the new formulation.
First, rinse the bottle and the pump mechanically with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse them thoroughly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, disinfect the inner walls and the parts in contact with the product with alcohol – we recommend using IPA 99 % or 96 % plant-based ethanol. Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly, optionally pump it through the pump itself, and only then refill the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local regulations and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging. Before disposal, empty the bottle and, according to the indicated material type, place it in the appropriate container for sorted waste. The pump may contain a combination of plastic and possible metal parts, so it is advisable to follow the manufacturer’s recycling recommendations provided in the technical and product documentation on the website. By sorting correctly, you support efficient material recovery and the reduction of municipal waste volume.
The pump pharma bottle is designed primarily for liquid and low-viscosity preparations such as toners, liquid soaps, milks and light emulsions. For very thick creams or balms, dosing may be incomplete or require too much force. Before final filling, we recommend testing a small amount of your formulation and checking whether the pump expels the product reliably without clogging and without excessive pressure.
