The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical and reliable packaging for a wide range of liquid products, especially for cosmetic and cleaning formulations. The transparent body of the bottle allows easy visual control of the contents, while the trigger sprayer ensures convenient, even and controlled application of the product to the desired surface or directly onto the skin.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for filling liquid emulsions, solutions and spray blends where fine to medium-intensity spraying is required. Thanks to its practical dispensing, the bottle is ideal for products where precise and economical application without unnecessary waste of the contents is important.
This bottle with trigger sprayer represents a ready-made combination of packaging and dispensing element, prepared for immediate filling and use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your particular product will be long-term stable and user-friendly with the packaging.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling, however we recommend using it for similar or identical types of formulations. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the spraying mechanism. Alcohol-based products, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, are suitable for disinfection. In our range you will find for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, which are suitable for hygienic preparation of packaging before filling.
Before repeated use, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, thoroughly removing residues of the original product and then rinsing it with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to disinfect the bottle and the sprayer with an alcohol solution, for example by using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging air dry at room temperature. Do not boil the packaging and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend including it in the system of separated waste collection according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters on the page. After using up the contents, empty the bottle, optionally rinse out product residues and remove coarse impurities. According to the type of material given in the parameter table (for example PET), place the container in the appropriate plastic recycling bin. In the case of the trigger sprayer, it may be a combination of several plastics, therefore it is advisable to follow local waste sorting rules. By following these principles, you will support effective recycling and the reduction of environmental impact.
The bottle made of PET material is not intended for filling with hot liquids or for exposure to high temperatures, for example during boiling, in a dishwasher or in the vicinity of strong heat sources. Under the influence of heat, deformation of the bottle walls, deterioration of the sprayer’s tightness and a change in the mechanical properties of the packaging may occur. We recommend using it exclusively at normal room temperatures and always filling the product only after it has cooled down to a safe temperature.

In the advanced filter it is possible to filter clearly according to neck type, size, colour and material, which makes it easier to choose a bottle, jar or pharmaceutical bottle exactly according to the requirements of your product. We recommend combining several filters at once so that you can quickly narrow down the offer to the most suitable packaging for your formulation.
