The transparent plastic bottle is a universal packaging component suitable for packing various liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to its transparent design, it allows visual control of the contents and an elegant presentation of cosmetics, cosmetic raw materials and auxiliary solutions. The practical shape of the bottle makes handling, filling and subsequent dispensing easier, depending on the selected type of closure or applicator.
This PET plastic packaging is designed to provide a balanced combination of functionality, aesthetics and good processability for both small and larger production runs. It is suitable for hobby creators and small manufacturers who are looking for a reliable bottle for their own formulations, pilot batches or final products intended for further labelling with a sticker.
Plastic bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at purchase. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
When used with alcoholic solutions, oils or active substances, it is advisable to verify the suitability of the specific type of closure and dispensing mechanism in order to ensure reliable performance during long-term use.

Since this is packaging made from PET material, it is recommended to avoid exposure to high temperatures. Long-term or intensive contact with heat may lead to deformation of the packaging and deterioration of its utility properties. The bottle is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling – for cleaning and disinfection it is appropriate to use gentler procedures corresponding to this type of plastic.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed, especially in the case of home production of cosmetics or auxiliary solutions. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly, ideally using a suitable alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. At the same time, it is important to check the mechanical condition of the packaging and the closure, and to replace the bottle if there are signs of wear or damage.
Since the packaging is made of PET, washing it in a dishwasher or boiling it in boiling water is not recommended. High temperatures can lead to deformation of the plastic and a change in the shape of the neck, which subsequently worsens the sealing of the closure. For cleaning, it is appropriate to use lukewarm water with a mild soap or surfactant, thorough rinsing and subsequent disinfection with a suitable alcohol. This procedure helps to maintain the functionality and appearance of the bottle even with repeated use.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is recommended to recycle it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle, possibly rinse out any residual contents and remove any impurities that could hinder recycling. PET packaging is usually placed in a container intended for plastic, with the specific recycling label and recommendations shown in the product parameters table. The cap or dispenser may be made from a different type of plastic, so it is appropriate to follow the markings on the individual components and sort them according to the local waste collection system.
This PET bottle is particularly suitable for liquid and low-viscosity preparations such as toners, dropper serums, aqueous extracts, hair lotions or aromatic sprays. In combination with a suitably selected spray pump or dropper, it can also be used for light oil blends or biphasic products, provided their composition allows it. For thick emulsions and gels, it is advisable to consider whether the selected type of dispensing ensures sufficiently comfortable use; in such a case, a combination with a pump or another application system may be more practical.
