Transparent round plastic bottle with disc-top cap with gold surface and black center is a universal cosmetic packaging designed for comfortable dispensing of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the transparent bottle body, you have immediate visual control over the contents, which is practical both during filling and during regular use. The combination of an elegant appearance and a functional disc-top closure makes it a suitable bottle for shampoos, gels, body lotions, cleansing and treatment products, as well as other liquid products that require controlled extrusion of the contents.
This packaging is sold as a combination of plastic bottle and disc-top cap, so it is ready for direct use without the need to purchase an additional closure. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing, and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Detailed information on the type of plastic, suitability for use with specific types of formulations and any limitations can be found directly in the technical documentation provided with the product. For PET material, always take into account its sensitivity to high temperatures and do not expose the packaging to heat above normal room temperature, in order to prevent deformation or weakening of the bottle walls.
The disc-top closure is designed for convenient dispensing of cosmetic products with different viscosities. The bottle is commonly used for liquid soaps, shampoos, shower gels and body milks. For very thick formulations, we recommend first filling a smaller test quantity and verifying whether the dispensing corresponds to your expectations and whether the product flows through without problems when the walls of the packaging are squeezed in a normal way.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially for your own home-made or artisan cosmetic production. Before each refilling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly washed, dried and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps reduce the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your formulations. If the packaging is made of PET material, do not use hot water, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, to avoid deformation or damage to the surface.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend sorting it into separated waste collection according to the material specified in the parameter table for the Product on Handymade.sk. Before placing it in the recycling container, empty the packaging, remove any product residues and, according to the type of plastic, sort it into the appropriate container (most often plastic). The closure and the body of the packaging may be made of different materials, so when recycling, follow the recommendations listed in the product parameters. By sorting correctly, you support the recycling process and reduce the amount of waste.
For plastic packaging, especially if made of PET material, it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures, for example when storing it in the immediate vicinity of heat sources or in overheated spaces. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures can lead to deformation of the bottle or weakening of the walls. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For regular cleaning, use lukewarm water and a mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly and disinfect with the recommended alcohol-based preparation before refilling.

This allows you to quickly select only those packages that are suitable for your specific product and method of use, whether it is liquid, gel or oil formulations.
