The transparent round plastic bottle with aluminium cap is a universal container suitable for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to the transparent body, you have immediate visual control of the contents, which makes it easier to dose and to check the colour, clarity and quantity of the product. The combination of a high‑quality plastic body and a solid aluminium closure ensures reliable sealing and a professional appearance suitable for small artisanal and semi‑professional batches of cosmetics or other preparations.
The plastic bottle itself is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems, which you can find in the Handymade range according to the selected product parameters. Depending on the neck type, it can be combined with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators for precise and convenient dosing.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all chosen combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – check the sealing, the dosing and the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the container can be reused if handled properly and not damaged. However, with every new filling it is essential to observe basic hygiene rules – thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap, rinse them and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Disinfection helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and product deterioration and extends the safe use period of the finished product.
Before reuse, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and the aluminium cap (removing product residues), washing them in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly. After they have completely dried, proceed with disinfection of the internal surfaces as well as the threads using alcohol – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured ethanol. Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly and then leave the container to air‑dry at room temperature. Always use clean tools when working and, if possible, also protective gloves.
The container is ideal especially for cosmetic and personal care products with low to medium viscosity – various toners, facial and body lotions, hair tonics, light emulsions or cleansing solutions. In combination with a suitable closure it can also be used for room sprays, air fresheners or laboratory test samples. When choosing a specific formulation, always take into account the compatibility of the contents with the plastic used and the aluminium cap, and in the case of a new formula perform a stability and storage test in this container.
The simplest way is to use the filters in the relevant packaging category on Handymade. After clicking on the bottle category, an advanced filter is located at the top of the page where you can select the neck type, size, colour and material. When selecting closures and dispensers, we recommend filtering by the same neck type as that of the chosen bottle. Combinations of containers and closures that are offered directly together within the e‑shop are tested in terms of compatibility and functionality; nevertheless, it is advisable to perform a short practical test with your specific product.
When choosing packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, medicine bottles, jars, etc.). In this filter, you can conveniently sort the range according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you will quickly find containers that match the required volume, design and dispensing method. You then simply choose the corresponding type of closure or pump and verify their mutual compatibility in the product details.
If you decide not to use the container any longer, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and removing any product residues. The method of recycling and classification into the appropriate sorted‑waste stream follows the information given in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade, where the material of the bottle body and the cap is specified. According to this marking, you will place the container in the correct recycling bin (plastic, metal, etc.) or use a local collection point. Separate sorting of the individual parts (plastic body, metal cap) helps to make the recycling process more efficient and reduces the amount of mixed waste.
