The plastic bottle with dispensing pump is a universal packaging suitable for hygienic and comfortable dispensing of cosmetic and cleaning preparations with a liquid or gel consistency. The transparent bottle allows good visual control of the contents and remaining amount, while the functional black dispenser ensures practical, repeatable and controlled application of the product without unnecessary waste.
Thanks to the durable plastic material, this pharmaceutical bottle is suitable for various types of formulations – from gentle facial products to thicker emulsions or soap bases. The pump closure helps to maintain the cleanliness of the contents, reduces the risk of contamination and allows convenient use in home, artisan and professional conditions.
This bottle is supplied as a set with dispensing pump, which is adapted to the specific packaging and ensures reliable dosing. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially with active and specific raw materials.

The dispensing pump is designed to handle standard liquid and slightly viscous products such as emulsions, body lotions, gels and liquid soaps. For very thick creams, dosing may be limited, so for new formulations we always recommend testing the pumpability on a small trial batch and, if necessary, choosing a more suitable container if the texture is too dense.
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant‑based ethanol. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for new filling. This procedure helps to minimize the microbial risk in home and artisan cosmetic production.
We recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. A room environment with a stable temperature, without significant fluctuations, is suitable. This protects not only the packaging itself but also the integrity of the active substances in the cosmetic product. When storing, make sure that the dispenser is always properly closed, which reduces the risk of contamination and unintentional extrusion of the contents.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it before disposal and, if possible, rinsing it to minimize product residues. Then follow the recycling recommendations based on the material indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Depending on the type of plastic or combination of materials, separate the packaging (for example, separating the bottle and the pump) and place it in the appropriate collection container according to local waste‑sorting rules.
