The plastic bottle with a transparent body and spray pump represents a practical and reliable packaging solution for a wide range of liquid preparations, especially where a fine, even mist is required. Thanks to the transparent material, you have a constant overview of the fill level, which makes stock control and dosing easier. The high-quality plastic packaging is complemented by a functional spray pump with an elegant design, suitable for home-made formulations as well as semi-professional use.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal use in the bathroom, household, or professional environment. The stable plastic material, in combination with a well-sealing spray pump, helps protect the contents against contamination and unwanted leakage. Thanks to convenient spraying, the bottle is suitable for products that are applied in a thin layer, in the form of a mist or spray.
This type of bottle is supplied directly with a spray pump, and combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. In practice, this means that the selected bottle and spray pump have been tested together in terms of thread compatibility and basic sealing.
Nevertheless, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the tightness of the packaging, the dosing, the behaviour of the raw material used in long-term contact with the container material, and the functionality of the spray pump at the specific viscosity or composition of the formulation.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly for normal home and craft use, provided you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable disinfectant, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimize microbial risks and maintain the stability of your preparations.
If the bottle is made of PET, you need to take into account that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. When in contact with hot water or during prolonged heating, unwanted deformation of the packaging may occur, which can affect the sealing and the function of the spray pump. Such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Gentle hand washing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent is recommended, followed by disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based product according to the intended use.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the recommendations based on the material listed in the product parameters. In the technical description you will find information about the type of plastic and the corresponding recycling symbol. According to this, the packaging should be emptied before disposal, possibly rinsed to remove product residues, and placed in the collection container intended for that type of plastic. Separating the bottle body and the spray mechanism can contribute to more efficient sorting, if local recycling rules allow it.
The bottle with a spray pump is ideal for liquid formulations that are applied in a fine layer – for example facial and body waters, refreshing sprays, hydrolats, hair sprays, textile and room sprays, or practical auxiliary solutions for smaller surfaces. It is particularly suitable for low-viscosity liquids without large undissolved particles, in order to avoid clogging of the nozzle. For thicker or partially emulsified mixtures, it is advisable to test the continuity and evenness of spraying in advance.
