Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical-type bottle with oil dispenser is a practical packaging designed for precise and comfortable dispensing of various liquid formulations. The transparent container allows quick visual control of the contents, which is ideal for both home and professional cosmetic production and other specialized preparations. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and dispensing system, the bottle is suitable for filling products where clean, controlled and repeatable application without unnecessary waste is important.
The packaging is designed to withstand everyday use while providing optimal protection of the contents against common environmental influences. The transparent material also makes labeling and branding easier, so the bottle is suitable both for small artisan batches and for filling test or travel-size packs.
The standalone bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected product parameters. In practice, it can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, allowing you to adapt the packaging precisely to the product type and method of use.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, in order to ensure long-term stability and user comfort.

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided you follow basic hygiene rules and it is suitable for the type of your formulation. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Such a procedure helps minimize the risk of microbial contamination and changes in the properties of the product.
Before a new filling, we recommend first rinsing the bottle to remove residues of the previous product, then washing it with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging with an alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol. Leave the disinfectant solution to act briefly and then shake out the excess. This will ensure the highest possible level of cleanliness before the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend handing it over for recycling in accordance with local waste-sorting regulations. Before disposal, empty the packaging and, according to the material type information given in the product parameters, place it in the appropriate container (most often plastic). By separating the plastic components and sorting them correctly, you contribute to more efficient waste processing and a reduction of environmental burden.
This packaging is particularly ideal for various oil-based and liquid formulations where precise and controlled dosing is important – for example facial and body oils, hair serums, caring nail oils, special blends for beard or locally applied oil concentrates. We always recommend checking suitability for a specific product with your own test of the stability of the formulation in contact with the plastic material of the packaging.
