Plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical and professional packaging for gentle and even spraying of liquids in skin care, hair care and household use. The transparent design allows visual control of the content and remaining volume, which facilitates work in small-scale production as well as in home cosmetics. Thanks to the high-quality spray mechanism, the packaging is suitable for products that require convenient and hygienic application without contact with the content.
This lightweight plastic bottle is ideal for filling liquid preparations that need dispersion into a fine mist or stream, for example toners, body sprays or cleaning solutions. Thanks to the combination of the transparent body and the black sprayer, the packaging looks aesthetic and fits into modern cosmetic and craft collections.
Important notice regarding the material: if the bottle is made from PET-type plastic, the material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. Such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, we recommend gentle hand washing at lower temperatures and appropriate disinfection according to the character of the filling.
This bottle with an attached sprayer belongs among ready-to-use functional packages with a specific way of dispensing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to check sealing, reliability of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

The suitability of using the packaging for products containing alcohol depends on the specific alcohol concentration and the composition of the formulation. Before final use, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and short-term as well as long-term stability testing (observing any softening, cloudiness or change in colour of the plastic, or any effect on the function of the sprayer). At higher alcohol concentrations it is particularly important to monitor sealing and the uniformity of dosing.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for technical disinfection. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured, available in our offer: IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning and disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it again.
We recommend cleaning the bottle by hand with lukewarm water and a mild detergent suitable for contact with the given product type. Avoid high temperatures, aggressive chemicals and rough sponges that could scratch the surface. Rinse the sprayer with clean water, or water with a small amount of mild detergent, and activate the mechanism several times so that the entire dosing path is rinsed through. Then rinse all parts, let them drain separately and dry completely. During disinfection, use an appropriate amount of alcohol and avoid long-term soaking of plastic parts in a concentrated solution.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material category. After clicking on the relevant category, a filtering panel will appear at the top of the page, where you can choose for example the type and neck diameter, the size of the package, colour design as well as the material used. This way you can quickly find such bottles, jars or pots that correspond to your product and the preferred way of dosing.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first to empty it completely and, if possible, remove any product residues. Adapt the method of recycling to the material stated in the product parameters – according to this, the packaging is also assigned to the relevant type of sorted waste (e.g. plastic container for plastic packaging). The spray mechanism is often composed of several types of plastics, therefore it is advisable to follow local rules for waste sorting. Before handing over the packaging for recycling, it is advisable to remove labels if the surface allows it, and to compress the packaging or reduce its volume so that it takes up less space in the container.
