The plastic bottle with a transparent body and a disc-top closure in a gold finish with a black center represents a practical and aesthetically pleasing packaging for cosmetic and hygiene preparations. Thanks to the transparent plastic, you always have a visual overview of the fill level and appearance of the product, which makes it easier to control dosing as well as to present the final product. The disc-top closure allows convenient and controlled dispensing of liquids, so the packaging is suitable for various low- to medium-viscosity formulations, such as gels, facial toners or shampoos.
The plastic packaging is resistant to normal handling, lightweight and safe to carry, which you will appreciate both for homemade cosmetics and for professional production of smaller batches. Thanks to the reliable closing and sealing of the disc-top closure, the contents are dispensed precisely as needed and the risk of unintended spillage is minimized.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of alcohol, oils or active substances).

Yes, you can use the bottle repeatedly if you follow hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After washing and disinfection, allow the bottle and closure to dry completely so that your formulation is not diluted or affected by residues of water or alcohol.
First rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the previous contents. Then rinse it with clean water and apply disinfection – for example by rinsing with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, allow the packaging to drain and dry completely at room temperature. Avoid using very hot water, boiling or washing in a dishwasher so that the plastic is not damaged and the shape of the packaging is not deformed.
The plastic packaging is not intended for exposure to high temperatures or for sterilization by boiling. When in contact with hot liquids or in attempts at thermal disinfection, the bottle may soften or deform, and the sealing of the closure may deteriorate. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher. For hygienic treatment, therefore, use chemical disinfection based on alcohol and lukewarm water instead, which is gentle on the plastic as well as on the overall integrity of the packaging.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend emptying it, rinsing out any remaining contents and recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol on the packaging. In most cases, such packaging is sorted into the container designated for plastic waste. The closure is usually made from a different plastic than the body of the bottle, so it is advisable to separate it before handing it over for recycling. The disc-top closure is particularly suitable for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products that you want to dose in smaller amounts – for example facial toners, cleansing waters, body and hair shampoos, shower gels or liquid soaps. It allows convenient one-handed opening and controlled flow of the contents when pressed, which is especially practical when used in the shower or for everyday facial care. For thicker creams and balms, we recommend considering packaging with a pump or jars.
