The transparent plastic bottle with a disc-top cap represents a practical and professional packaging solution for liquid and gel products, allowing comfortable and controlled dispensing. Thanks to its transparent design, you always have an immediate overview of the contents and the amount of product, which you will appreciate for home crafting as well as professional filling. This packaging is designed to reliably protect the stored cosmetics during storage and everyday use.
The packaging can, with proper handling, be used repeatedly, but we always recommend observing basic hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. For PET-type plastics, it is important to avoid high temperatures – do not boil the packaging, do not put it in a dishwasher and do not expose it to heat sources for prolonged periods, in order to prevent deformation of the material.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. For this bottle, it is PET plastic, which is normally sorted into the container designated for plastics. Before handing it over for recycling, empty the contents, optionally rinse the pack with a little water and let it dry. The cap and bottle can be placed together in sorted plastic waste, unless local collection rules require separate sorting of individual components. In this way, you support responsible handling of packaging and the material recycling of PET plastic.
This transparent bottle is made of PET material, which is not intended for filling with hot or freshly cooked products. High temperatures can cause deformation of the bottle walls, impair sealing of the cap and negatively affect the overall stability of the packaging. Therefore, always allow the product to cool to room temperature before filling. It is likewise not recommended to expose the filled packaging to direct sunlight, heat sources or to leave it in an overheated environment (e.g. in a car in summer) for a long time.
The bottle with a disc-top cap is ideal for liquid and medium-viscosity products that are dispensed in small amounts. It proves particularly practical for liquid soaps, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, body milks, gel products and hand cleansing solutions. For very thick creams or balms, dispensing may be limited, so for new recipes it is advisable to prepare a trial batch and test how the product can be squeezed out of the bottle and whether the disc-top mechanism ensures comfortable use.
