The transparent round plastic bottle with golden disc-top cap represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging various liquid preparations. Thanks to the transparent body, you have an immediate overview of the contents and their quantity, which is advantageous for both home and professional cosmetic production. The integrated disc-top cap enables convenient, controlled dispensing without unnecessary spillage and is suitable for everyday use in the bathroom, salon and in travel cosmetics.
This type of packaging is designed to reliably maintain the stability of liquid formulas such as gentle emulsions, soap bases, waters or fluid preparations. The sturdy plastic bottle combined with the functional closure protects the contents from accidental opening, facilitates dosing and at the same time looks representative on the shelf as well as in a cosmetic set.
This bottle is among the standalone packs that are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the offer. Combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the final product will be reliable in everyday use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is important to take care to handle the bottle appropriately. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore the pack must not be boiled or heated when being filled with hot blends. If the recommended temperatures are exceeded, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging, change of shape and weakening of mechanical stability. It also applies that the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for thermal sterilisation cycles – the surface may become damaged, clarity may be reduced or the strength of the plastic may be compromised. For cleaning and disinfection, it is recommended to use gentle products intended for this purpose, according to the instructions in the FAQ section.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging from residues of the original product, then rinse it and disinfect it with a suitable product, for example technical isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, while following the manufacturer’s instructions and allowing the pack to dry completely before filling. When reusing, always check the mechanical condition of both bottle and cap.
First rinse the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse the pack several times with clean water so that no traces of detergent remain. After mechanical cleaning, disinfect the bottle with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Pour the disinfectant through the interior, leave it to act according to the manufacturer’s recommendation and then let the bottle dry naturally upside down. Do not use a dishwasher or thermal sterilisation procedures, since PET material is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures.
The bottle made of PET plastic is not intended for contact with high temperatures. Exposure to hot water, boiling or washing cycles in a dishwasher can lead to visible deformation of the walls, softening of the plastic and loss of shape stability. For this reason, it is recommended to use it only within temperature ranges typical for room temperature and mildly increased heating, and to work with cooled or only slightly lukewarm blends when filling. Where sterilisation is required, it is more appropriate to use alcohol-based disinfection, which does not require thermal load and is gentle on PET material.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, its recycling is recommended in accordance with the material designation given in the product parameters. Before disposal, remove any remaining contents and rinse the packaging as thoroughly as possible so that no residues of cosmetics or cleaning agents remain. Place the plastic part of the bottle into the appropriate separated waste stream according to local rules for plastic collection and dispose of the cap according to its material designation. By following the recommended sorting, you reduce the quantity of waste and support the reprocessing of raw materials from packaging.
To select a suitable bottle, vial or jar, you can use the extended filter, which is available at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging material category. In the extended filter, you can easily narrow down the offer according to key parameters such as type and size of neck, overall size of the pack, colour and material. In this way, you will quickly choose packaging that will correspond to your formula and to the visual concept of your brand, without having to browse through all products individually.
