The plastic bottle with dispensing pump is a practical packaging intended for hygienic and precise dosing of liquid and gel preparations. Thanks to the transparent design, you have a constant overview of the contents, which makes it easier to control consumption as well as to visually present the product. The solid plastic material ensures reliable everyday use and convenient handling for both home and professional cosmetic production.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for filling various liquid formulations – from light liquids to finer gels. The integrated dispenser helps to maintain cleanliness during use and minimizes the contact of fingers with the contents, which supports the stability and hygiene of the finished product.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle with pump is most suitable for liquid and semi-liquid formulations, such as gels, lotions and emulsions with light to medium viscosity. For very thick creams, we always recommend testing the pumping ability of the pump with the specific recipe so that you can be sure of smooth dosing without excessive load on the mechanism.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured – plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it appropriate to proceed with refilling in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend correctly sorting it after emptying and basic rinsing, in accordance with the material stated in the product parameters on the website. It is advisable to remove any product residues from the bottle and pump before placing them in sorted waste. Correct placement in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic supports effective recycling and reduces the amount of mixed waste.
The compact dimensions and low weight of the bottle make it ideal for use when travelling or for everyday carrying in a handbag or backpack. Before filling, however, we recommend checking whether the chosen formulation does not damage the material and carrying out a leak test when transported in a horizontal position so that you can be sure that there will be no leakage of the contents during normal handling.
