The plastic bottle with dispenser is a professional packaging material intended mainly for dispensing liquid and gel preparations in cosmetics and personal care. Thanks to its transparent design, it allows easy visual inspection of the contents, while the dispensing pump ensures comfortable, precise and hygienic application of the product without unnecessary waste. The packaging is designed to be practical for home-made cosmetics, artisan production and smaller professional batches.
The combination of a high-quality plastic bottle body and a functional dispenser creates a reliable container for various liquid formulations that need to be protected against contamination and at the same time be easily accessible for everyday use. A suitable solution for soaps, facial and body care products, hair products and hand hygiene in the bathroom, wellness facilities, salons or on the go.
This packaging is supplied as a complete combination of bottle and dispensing pump, suitable for direct filling and use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Consistent hygiene helps reduce the risk of microbial contamination and contributes to the stability of your cosmetic formulations.
Before filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the internal parts of the pump. Pour the liquid or gel slowly to minimize foaming and the formation of air bubbles, which may affect the first presses of the pump. After filling, close the packaging, press the dispenser several times to vent the system and check the uniformity of dosing as well as the sealing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to place it in sorted waste according to the material designation specified in the product parameters on the website. Before handing it over for collection, we recommend removing any product residues, rinsing the packaging and, if possible, separating the plastic parts (bottle body, pump, any caps). Then place the bottle in the appropriate container for separated waste according to the local sorting rules in your municipality or city.
The dispensing pump is designed for standard liquid and gel cosmetic formulations. In most cases it will also handle medium-viscosity gels, but for very thick preparations dosing may be more difficult. We recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in a smaller amount in order to verify the smoothness of pumping, spring return and complete closing of the dispensing mechanism.
