The plastic bottle with transparent spray pump represents a practical and hygienic packaging for liquid products that need to be dispensed in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to its transparent design, you have a constant overview of the contents and their quantity, which makes it easier to control stock levels and to professionally pack cosmetics or homemade blends.
The fine sprayer ensures even and controlled application to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces. The bottle is suitable for packaging various watery and low-viscosity preparations, while the high-quality plastic material and well-sealing mechanism help protect the contents against contamination and unwanted leakage.
The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and the packaging is suitable for the specific formulation. Before each new filling, the container and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for reuse.
After the contents have been used up, first rinse the bottle and the sprayer thoroughly with water, optionally with a mild cleaning agent suitable for the given material. We then recommend using a disinfectant alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Rinse the inside of the bottle and the dip tube with the sprayer mechanism with alcohol, allow the excess to drain off and let the components dry completely at room temperature. Only then is the packaging ready for refilling.
The bottle with sprayer is generally suitable primarily for watery and low-viscosity solutions. Use with alcohol-based preparations or those containing oil phases depends on the specific composition. Before final deployment, we recommend preparing a small test quantity of the product, filling the packaging and monitoring over several days the behaviour of the material, the functionality of the sprayer and the stability of the solution. If no change in the shape of the bottle, no discolouration of the plastic and no deterioration of spraying occurs, the combination is generally suitable.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the material type specified in the product specifications. First, use up or thoroughly empty the contents, rinse the container and remove any product residues. It is then advisable to separate the bottle itself from the sprayer so that the components can be correctly classified according to local recycling rules. Plastic packaging is usually placed in the container designated for plastics, with the specific recommendation following the material labelling given for the product on Handymade.sk.
