The glass vial with safety cap represents a professional solution for packaging liquid and powdered preparations where protection of the contents and controlled dosing are important. Durable glass in combination with a special safety closure helps minimize the risk of unintentional opening and is suitable for laboratory, cosmetic and home formulations.
This type of bottle is ideal for the stable storage of active ingredients, tinctures, serums or other formulations where reliable protection against external influences and practical handling during use are required. The smooth glass surface is easy to clean and maintain, which is appreciated by manufacturers of artisan cosmetics, pharmaceutical preparations and nutritional products.
The glass bottle itself is compatible with several types of closures and dispensing elements, which you can find directly in the offer for this product. Depending on the selected parameters, it is possible to use screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, allowing you to adapt the packaging to the specific viscosity and method of use of your product.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular in terms of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long-term stability and trouble-free use.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and ensure the stability of the next batch of product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend sorting it into separated waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial can usually be placed in a glass container, while the plastic safety cap should be disposed of in plastic collection, or according to local sorting rules. Before recycling, empty the bottle and, if necessary, rinse out any remaining contents.
The vial is particularly suitable for liquid and low-viscosity formulations, such as aqueous and alcoholic solutions, oil blends, tinctures or serums. In combination with a suitable closure or dispensing system, you can also use the bottle for more viscous liquids, as long as they can be comfortably dosed or dripped. For very thick creams and pastes, jars or pots are more suitable.
Before first use and between individual batches, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing with water) and then disinfecting it with alcohol. Preparations with a high alcohol content are suitable for disinfection, such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
