Glass bottle – dropper bottle with dispenser represents a professional packaging intended for safe and practical dispensing of various liquid products. The durable glass ensures the stability of the filled preparation and, in combination with the ribbed dispenser, enables precise and controlled withdrawal of the contents, which is especially appreciated for formulations where precise application is important. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, it is a reliable solution for manufacturers, artisan creators and smaller brands that are looking for an aesthetic and functional package.
This glass dropper bottle is supplied with a suitable dispensing closure, with the combination of the packaging and the closure created directly on Handymade. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – in particular in terms of sealing, type of dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long-term stability and user comfort.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, you can use the glass bottle repeatedly if you follow hygienic principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the container and the dispenser, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough rinsing and drying, the packaging is ready for further safe use.
We recommend first disassembling the dispenser to the extent allowed by its construction and rinsing it with warm water and a mild cleaning agent. It is then appropriate to repeat the rinsing in clean water so that no detergent residues remain. Before further use, you can briefly rinse the internal parts with disinfectant alcohol and let them dry completely. When changing the type of product (for example from an oil-based to a water-based product), it is advisable to perform a test to check whether the dispensing is not distorted and that residues of the previous formulation do not remain in the dispensing part.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend including it in the appropriate recycling stream according to the material specified in the product parameters. After rinsing out any remaining contents, the glass container is usually placed in the container intended for glass, and the plastic or combined parts of the dispenser in sorted waste according to the material marking. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove any visible product residues from the packaging in order to facilitate the recycling process and reduce the environmental burden.
The glass dropper bottle with dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid products where controlled withdrawal of a small amount is important – for example facial and body oils, serums, concentrated active ingredients or aromatherapeutic blends. Thanks to the stability of the glass, it also tolerates formulations containing plant and essential oils or alcohol components well. For very viscous or gel-type products, we recommend testing whether the dispenser ensures the desired course of application.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can clearly set the basic parameters – type of neck, packaging size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly select bottles, dropper bottles, jars or pumps that best meet the requirements of your product and are at the same time compatible with the available closures and dispensing systems.
