Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white dispenser represents a professional packaging suitable for precise and comfortable dispensing of liquid cosmetic preparations as well as concentrated blends. Durable glass ensures long-term stability of the contents, while the integrated dispenser allows hygienic use without unnecessary contact with the product. This type of packaging is ideal for formulations where a controlled amount with each application and an aesthetically clean presentation of the product are important.
The standalone glass bottle – medicine bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, depending on the selected parameters for the specific product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused with proper handling, but we always recommend adhering to strict hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it appropriate to proceed with refilling.
It is advisable to first rinse the glass part with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. We then recommend using an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and it is important to let all parts dry completely. For the dispenser, it is suitable to “pump through” the disinfectant solution several times to clean the internal channel. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the seals of the dispenser.

Thanks to the filter, you can quickly narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type, packaging size, colour or material. In this way you will find a suitable bottle, medicine bottle or jar that will optimally meet your specific product and the method of application.
Glass packaging generally performs very well with formulations containing essential oils, since glass is a stable and low-reactive material. However, for a specific product we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test, especially in combination with the dispenser used. Monitor the behaviour of the seals, the smoothness of dosing and any changes in consistency or fragrance so that you can be sure that the chosen packaging suits your formulation in the long term.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it as much as possible according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. After thoroughly emptying and cleaning, the glass part can be placed in separated glass collection. The plastic components of the dispenser (pump, tube, any seals) should be separated and placed in plastic collection, if local sorting rules allow it. Always follow local recommendations for handling packaging materials and the information given with the product on Handymade.sk.
When filling, it is important that the bottle and dispenser are completely clean and dry, ideally after prior disinfection with alcohol, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Fill the product so that you do not overfill the neck and so that proper function of the dispenser is ensured. For storage, it is recommended to protect the packaging from mechanical damage and extreme temperatures and to keep it in a dry, clean environment according to the recommendations for the specific type of cosmetic or laboratory product.
