Glass bottle – vial with glossy dispenser represents an elegant and professional packaging solution for cosmetic and galenic preparations, distinguished by its clean design and precise dosing. Thanks to the combination of transparent glass and a high-quality dispenser, it is suitable for filling liquid products where accurate application, protection of the contents and a representative appearance are important.
This type of packaging is ideal for various cosmetic formulations and serums where hygienic and controlled dosing is required without unnecessary contamination. The glass vial is also stable, chemically resistant and suitable for products that require long-term storage without changes to the properties of the contents.
This glass bottle is supplied as a complete combination of packaging with dispenser, ready for immediate use during filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dispenser is designed for liquid to medium-viscosity cosmetic products, therefore it is suitable for most facial serums, lighter emulsions and fluids. For very thick formulations, we recommend first carrying out a trial filling to verify smooth and even dosing without excessive pressure on the pump.
The packaging can be safely reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimize microbiological risk and extend the stability of your formulation.
For recycling, it is ideal first to empty the bottle and remove any product residues. The glass body of the vial belongs in the container designated for glass according to local recycling regulations indicated in the product parameters. The dispenser is usually a combination of plastic and metal parts and is therefore normally placed in sorted plastic collection unless local regulations state otherwise. If possible, unscrew the dispenser before disposal so that the glass is recycled separately. By recycling correctly, you reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of materials.
Yes, the glass vial is also suitable for laboratory and development purposes, for example for stability testing, testing of packaging–content compatibility or dosing trials. We always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging (especially with a higher proportion of acids, alcohol or essential oils) and monitoring changes in colour, viscosity or odour during storage.
