The glass vial with safety cap is a reliable and professional container for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous formulations. High‑quality glass is a stable and hygienic material that helps protect the contents from external influences and is suitable for precise dosing of products in home production as well as small‑scale manufacturing.
In combination with a safety closure, this bottle is ideal wherever controlled opening of the container and reliable sealing are important, whether for cosmetic preparations, technical solutions or other specialized blends.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at the time of purchase. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the selected closure works reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the container are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle can be reused with proper care. With each reuse it is necessary to pay attention to hygiene – before refilling, clean the container thoroughly, check the integrity of the glass and cap and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only after cleaning and disinfection is the container suitable for refilling.
The glass vial with safety cap is particularly suitable for liquid and low‑viscosity formulations where precise and controlled dosing is important. It can be used for facial and hair solutions, specialized concentrates, active ingredients intended for further processing, and for various technical and auxiliary solutions used in cosmetics or artisan production.
Before both first and repeated use we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and cap (removing dust and any impurities), then rinsing them with an appropriate cleaning agent and clean water. After drying, it is important to disinfect the container – a practical solution is to rinse or spray the interior and contact surfaces with products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Allow the alcohol to evaporate, if necessary dry the container further in a clean environment and only then fill it with the final product.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameter table. The glass vessel should generally be placed in glass recycling, and it must be emptied and any remaining contents removed. Dispose of the cap according to its material composition (for example a plastic or composite component in the corresponding sorted waste stream). Specific recycling recommendations are provided with the product in the parameters section – by following these rules you support effective sorting and waste reduction.
To select suitable packaging we recommend using the advanced filter which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category (for example bottles, jars or spray dispensers). In the advanced filter you can clearly sort products according to several parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. By combining these filters you can quickly narrow down the selection to containers that best match your formulation, the desired dosing method and the visual style of your brand.
When selecting packaging it is important to take into account the nature of your formulation (pH, alcohol content, level of oil components, active substances, etc.) and compare it with the information given in the product parameters and in the Packaging Quality Certificate. Although the combinations of containers and closures offered on Handymade undergo internal testing, we recommend preparing your own small compatibility test – fill a smaller volume of product, monitor the behaviour of the container over time, the tightness of the cap and the functionality of dosing. In this way you will be sure that the container is suitable for your specific product in terms of both stability and practical use.
