The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and dropper is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for precise dosing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the glass used and the high-quality surface finish, the bottle is intended especially for formulations where protection of the contents and convenient drop-by-drop dosing are important. The black opaque glass also helps to limit light exposure to the more sensitive components inside the bottle.
This glass bottle is supplied with a dropper and is also compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the offer (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators). The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Based on the technical data and the certificate, you will find the information needed for correct integration of this bottle into your manufacturing process – including recommendations for filling, storage and a suitable type of closure. When designing the final product, we recommend coordinating all components of the packaging (bottle, dropper, label, secondary packaging) so that they are compatible with the nature of the specific formulation.
Yes, this packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must both be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after complete drying and airing can you refill the packaging. When changing the type of product (for example from a cosmetic oil to another formulation), we recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking whether any residue of fragrance or colour remains in the packaging.
It is advisable first to rinse the glass container mechanically with warm water and detergent and remove any residues of the original contents. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, leave the bottle to drain. Then perform disinfection using an alcohol solution – we recommend using isopropyl alkohol or rastlinný etanol. Allow the solution to act on the surface and then let the packaging dry completely. For the dropper, handle the pipette and the rubber bulb gently to avoid mechanical damage or reduced tightness.
The bottle is particularly suitable for concentrated formulations where precise dosing is important – for example facial serums, oil boosters or intensive active blends. Thanks to the dropper, you can easily dose a small amount of product without contaminating the rest of the contents. When designing the formulation, we recommend taking viscosity into account and adjusting it to the type of dropper so that dosing proceeds smoothly. The dark glass also supports the use of more sensitive components that better tolerate limited light exposure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle usually belongs in the appropriate glass container; it is advisable to remove any product residues and separate the closure or dropper, which may be made of plastic or composite materials. You can find the specific recycling symbols and the recommended sorting method in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. By following these instructions, you will support efficient processing of the used packaging.
