The glass bottle with safety cap is a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing and safe storage of concentrated preparations. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship and sealing system, it is suitable for filling various liquid and drop formulations where protection of the contents and user comfort are important.
The smooth inner surface of the glass supports the stability of the composition and minimizes interaction between the contents and the packaging. The safety cap with lock helps protect the contents from unintended opening, which you will appreciate especially for concentrated solutions, active substances or products intended for precise application.
This bottle is a stand-alone packaging that is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the offer. In combination with accessories, it can be complemented with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, which make it possible to adapt the dosing to the specific product type.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – check sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (viscosity, pH, solvent or oil content).

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and the risk that residues of the previous filling will affect the stability of the new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it before disposal and removing product residues. The glass part can be placed in sorted collection according to local rules for glass. The closure is usually sorted separately according to the material type listed in the product parameters. Following these principles reduces environmental burden and supports effective recycling of the packaging material.
The bottle is ideal for packaging smaller volumes of concentrated preparations such as facial and hair serums, active solutions, special drop products, aromatic blends intended for external use or test samples. Thanks to the high-quality cap with lock, it is also suitable where increased safety in handling and precise dosing of the contents are required.
Before the final inclusion of the packaging in production, we recommend testing compatibility with your specific formulation. Monitor in particular the behaviour of the packaging during long-term contact with the product, sealing during storage in various positions, the smoothness and accuracy of dosing, any changes in the scent, colour or consistency of the contents, and the practicality of handling for the end user. These tests will help you verify that the chosen combination of packaging and product will be reliable in practice.
We recommend storing filled bottles well closed, at stable room temperature, protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid repeated significant fluctuations in temperature and humidity, which may adversely affect formulation stability. During handling, pay attention to the cleanliness of the working environment and minimize contact of the bottle neck with impurities or skin.
