The glass bottle with a transparent body and a white matte dropper is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable in particular for precise dosing of liquid formulations. Thanks to the dropper, it enables convenient and controlled withdrawal of the contents drop by drop, which will be appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, aromatherapeutic blends as well as artisan creators. The durable glass packaging is stable, does not change the properties of the stored product and is suitable for packing various liquid preparations where dosing accuracy is important.
This type of dropper bottle is often used for preparations with a higher concentration of active substances, where gentle dosing without contamination of the remaining contents is required. From the point of view of chemical resistance, glass is a long‑term proven material which, when used correctly, helps protect sensitive blends from external influences and preserves their properties throughout the entire period of use.
The standalone glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods, such as screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators according to the parameters selected at purchase. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, smooth and appropriate dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of oils, alcohol or acids).

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its sorting and recycling in accordance with local regulations is recommended. As a rule, the glass bottle should be placed in the container designated for glass and the plastic parts of the dropper (pipette, cap – according to the composition stated in the product parameters) should be separated into the appropriate fraction so that the material can be effectively recycled.
Yes, the bottle and the dropper can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, it is necessary to wash the packaging thoroughly, clean it and then disinfect it – ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After thorough drying, you can refill the packaging. If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, its sorting and recycling according to the material composition listed in the product parameters is recommended.
The dropper bottle is ideal for liquid preparations where precise dosing in drops is important – for example facial and hair serums, oil elixirs, concentrated blends with active substances, aromatherapeutic oils or local treatment drops. Thanks to the dropper, the contents can be applied hygienically directly onto the skin or into the palm of the hand without the need to touch the remaining contents inside the container.
Before first use, we recommend disassembling the bottle and the dropper into individual parts, washing them mechanically in warm water with detergent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing them to dry. It is then advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces and the parts that come into contact with the product with an alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After complete evaporation of the alcohol and drying, the packaging is ready for filling.
For recycling, it is first advisable to empty the bottle and remove any product residues. The glass body of the bottle is normally placed in the glass container, and it is preferable if any plastic or rubber parts have been removed. The dropper consists of several materials – plastic, rubber and glass – therefore we recommend following the information on material composition listed in the product parameters. According to this, sort the plastic and other components into the appropriate containers so that recycling is as effective as possible and in accordance with local waste management rules.
