Glass bottle with ribbed tamper-evident cap represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid preparations that require reliable closure and protection of the contents. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the practical tamper-evident cap, it is ideal for products where first‑opening control and safe storage are important. This type of packaging is suitable for formulations that need a stable environment and a good barrier against external influences during storage and use.
The standalone glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of caps and dosing methods according to the parameters selected in the packaging category. Depending on the specific product, it is possible to choose between solutions such as screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, which make it possible to adapt the dosing to the character of the filled formulation.
Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of reliable use for the particular type of product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle to remove dust, then rinsing it thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely in a clean environment. For professional preparation of the packaging, it is also appropriate to disinfect the inner surface and the cap using a suitable alcohol, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the formulation. Always follow hygiene principles when working and use clean work utensils.
The bottle can be reused, provided that hygiene rules are strictly followed during its cleaning and handling. Before each new filling, the packaging must first be mechanically cleaned, residues of the original product removed and then disinfected using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant‑based ethanol. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely in a clean environment. Only then is it suitable for refilling with a new formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules. The glass body of the bottle, once emptied, given a basic rinse and cleared of product residues, is usually placed in the container designated for glass. The tamper‑evident cap is made of a material different from glass, so before disposal separate it from the bottle and sort it according to the type stated in the product parameters (for example into the appropriate plastics container or mixed waste if it is not recyclable). By following these steps, you support effective sorting and recycling of packaging materials.
Thanks to the clear glass and the reliable ribbed tamper‑evident cap, this packaging is particularly suitable for liquid products where first‑opening control and easy visual inspection of the contents are important. These include, for example, facial and hair tonics, serum, special solutions, concentrated elixirs or technical solutions used in smaller volumes. The bottle is also practical for test series, samples and small production batches, where emphasis is placed on professional presentation and reliable closing.
The simplest way to select suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging‑material category. After clicking on the category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to filter in detail according to parameters such as neck type and size, overall packaging size, colour and material used. This allows you to quickly narrow down your selection to bottles, vials, jars or other containers that will best match the properties of your specific product as well as the requirements for the dosing method.
