The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and safety pipette is a professional packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid formulations, especially for cosmetic manufacturing and specialized preparations. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and practical pipette, it is suitable for filling serums, oil blends, active concentrates and other liquid products where controlled, drop‑by‑drop application is important.
The opaque dark glass helps protect the contents from light exposure, which contributes to better stability of more sensitive components. The combination of a durable glass pharmaceutical bottle and a safety pipette ensures convenient use, safer storage and a professional appearance of the final product.
This glass bottle is supplied with a safety pipette and, within the category, is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. For alternative combinations, screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators are available, depending on the specific packaging series and neck diameter.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that the final product is reliable during normal use as well as during long‑term storage.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene rules are followed, especially for home cosmetic production or refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, it is necessary to carefully clean the bottle including the closure, and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant‑based ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and an impact on the stability of the new fill.
We recommend first mechanically cleaning the pipette from residues of the previous product, for example by rinsing it with a suitable solvent compatible with the original formulation (warm water with a suitable cleaning agent is often sufficient). After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the glass part of the pipette and the surface of the closure with alcohol, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and allow it to air out thoroughly. When changing the type of product (e.g. from an oil serum to another formulation), we recommend considering the use of a new pipette.
When choosing packaging for a specific formula, we recommend first checking the parameters listed with the product and in the Packaging Quality Certificate. Afterwards, it is advisable to carry out a trial filling in a small quantity, during which you monitor the material stability, the sealing of the pipette, the consistency of dosing and the behaviour of the product in contact with the glass and the closure. As part of product development, it is good to also simulate real storage conditions (temperature, light, handling) so that you can verify the long‑term compatibility of the packaging with your formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations stated in the product parameters. After removing product residues, the glass bottle can in most cases be placed in the sorted glass collection according to local rules. The safety pipette is made of several materials (glass, plastic and rubber components), so it cannot be recycled in the same stream as the glass itself; in case of doubt, dispose of it in mixed municipal waste or according to local guidelines. Before recycling, it is advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging to minimise product residues in the waste system.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter, it is possible to combine several criteria at once – for example type and neck diameter, packaging size, colour, material and other parameters. This allows you to easily narrow down the offer to packaging that meets the technical and design requirements of your product.
