The glass bottle in a black glossy finish with a safety cap is a practical and aesthetic packaging intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship of the glass and the functional cap, it is suitable for filling cosmetic and technical formulations where cleanliness, protection of the contents and controlled use are important.
The dark, opaque glass helps protect more sensitive components from the effects of light, thus contributing to the stability of the formulas and maintaining the quality of the active substances. The safety cap increases safety during handling, transport and storage and reduces the risk of accidental opening or leakage of the contents.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. You can combine it with screw caps, droppers, atomisers or practical applicators available in the Handymade.sk range. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry and aired is the packaging ready for a new filling.
First remove the residues of the original product, then rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly with clean water. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the packaging with an alcohol-based preparation (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based) and allowing it to dry completely. Only then is the bottle ready for a new filling, which minimises the risk of microbial contamination and influencing the stability of the product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass bottle can usually, after removing the remaining contents and separating the cap, be placed in the appropriate glass container. The cap belongs, according to the material used, in the designated sorted waste (for example a plastic cap in plastic waste). For specific recommendations on recycling, follow the information and symbols given in the product parameters and on the packaging.
The glass bottle in a black glossy finish is particularly suitable for products that are more sensitive to light and require stable storage – for example facial serums, oil elixirs, active concentrates, special treatments for skin or hair and aromatic blends for external use. Thanks to the safety cap, it is also suitable for preparations where it is important to secure the contents against unwanted opening, for example when carrying in a cosmetic bag or during professional use.

Yes, the glass bottle is also suitable for smaller test batches, samples or pilot series of products. The compact volume makes it easier to prepare and evaluate formula stability, monitor the behaviour of the product over time and test compatibility with the cap. Thanks to the dark glass, you can also better simulate real storage conditions for light-sensitive formulations.
