The glass bottle with a glossy surface is an ideal solution for packaging cosmetic products, targeted serums and other professional formulations where precise and hygienic application using a dropper is important. High-quality glass ensures the stability of the packaged product, minimizes interaction with the contents and, in combination with the dropper closure, allows convenient dosing even for concentrated preparations. The dark, glossy design of the bottle also helps reduce light penetration, which supports the protection of sensitive components against degradation.
This glass bottle is supplied with a dropper, and the individual components are designed to work reliably together during normal use. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle with dropper is very suitable for packaging oil serums, concentrated active ingredients and other liquid preparations where you need precise dosing. Stable glass helps minimize interactions with the contents and the dark design supports the protection of sensitive components from light. For very specific or highly concentrated formulations, however, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test for longer-term storage.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before the first filling and with every repeated use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and dropper and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol (for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin). After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging. In this way you help limit microbiological risks and ensure longer stability of your products.
We recommend storing filled bottles tightly closed, in a dry place, at a stable room temperature and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. This supports the stability of active ingredients as well as the consistency of the product. For more sensitive formulations, it is advisable to also follow the recommendations of the raw material manufacturers regarding temperature and storage time. It is always a good idea to label the bottle after filling with the date of manufacture and the product name so that you have an overview of batches and shelf life.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it correctly according to the material types specified in the product parameters. As standard, the glass bottle can, after emptying, basic rinsing and removal of product residues, be placed in the glass collection container, while the plastic and rubber parts of the dropper should be sorted into the appropriate collection bins according to local waste separation rules. Before disposal, check the material designation of the individual packaging parts and follow the waste separation recommendations for your region.
To navigate the offer more easily, you can use the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the extended filter you can conveniently select packaging according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material, and thus more quickly find the bottle, jar or pot that will best match your product and the method of dosing.
