Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and dropper in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely and only then fill with a new product.

The dropper bottle with dropper insert is ideal for products where precise drop-wise or low-volume dosing is required. It is most commonly used for facial and body oils, serums, intensive treatment products, aromatherapeutic and essential oils or concentrated herbal extracts for external use. Thanks to the dark glass it is also suitable for formulations that are sensitive to light and oxidation.

Before filling, the packaging must be clean and dry. It is recommended to work in the cleanest environment possible and to use tools intended for cosmetic or laboratory work. Pour the product slowly to avoid foaming or trapping air bubbles. After filling, leave a small free space between the product level and the neck so that the dropper seals properly.
