The glass vial with white lid with safety lock is a practical and hygienic container for the safe packaging of liquid products where material stability and reliable closure are important. The glass is material neutral, making it suitable for a wide range of formulations without unwanted influence on odour or composition. The dark glass design naturally limits light transmission and helps protect contents from UV rays, which will be especially appreciated for oils, extracts and sensitive actives. The white safety cap is designed for controlled opening (opening only when squeezed), promoting safer handling during storage and carrying. The packaging is also food grade, so it may be suitable for selected food applications according to specific parameters and formulation.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes. Dark glass naturally reduces light transmission and helps limit the impact of UV light on sensitive ingredients (such as oils, extracts and some actives). For maximum stability, we recommend storing out of direct sunlight and sealing thoroughly after use.
Yes, this packaging is food grade, so it may also be suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. We recommend that you follow hygienic filling guidelines and always test for compatibility with the specific contents (especially for higher alcohol or flavouring ingredients).
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Rinse the glass vial and dispose of it in a glass container once the contents have been consumed. The fuse cap and the inner parts of the cap are plastics, so it is advisable to separate them from the glass and sort them according to local waste sorting rules. Separating the components will make recycling easier and reduce the proportion of mixed waste.
