The glass bottle, black glossy, aluminium top is a compact, professional packaging designed for reliable packaging of liquid formulations and aromatic mixtures in both cosmetic and food applications. Thanks to the material stability of the glass, it helps to preserve the original properties of the contents (aroma, colour and quality) during storage and use. The opaque black glass naturally restricts light transmission and thus promotes UV protection of sensitive ingredients, which is especially appreciated for extracts, oils and active ingredients. The packaging is suitable wherever hygiene, chemical neutrality of the material and food quality are important.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for tinctures, liquid nutritional supplements and extracts intended for internal use, as long as you follow the hygienic filling and storage guidelines.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) with, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% and then allowed to dry completely.
We recommend filling into a clean and dry container, using clean work equipment and limiting contact of the container neck with skin or dirt. For sensitive formulations, it is advisable to work in a stable, clean environment and close the container immediately after filling.
Yes, black glass is practical for aromatic oils, extracts and more sensitive ingredients as it limits light transmission and helps maintain the stability of fragrance and quality of the contents during normal storage.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Clean the glass vial after emptying and take it to the glass collection. Separate the aluminium lid and sort it into the metal collection; if you use other parts (for example, plastic dispensing components), separate them and sort them by material into the plastic or metal collection according to the rules in your municipality.
