The glass bottle with dropper is a practical and aesthetic packaging solution suitable for precise dosing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to its high-quality design, it represents a reliable choice for filling serums, oils, concentrates and other products for which controlled drop-by-drop dosing is important. The dark, opaque glass also helps protect the sensitive contents against undesirable effects of light, which supports the stability and shelf life of formulations.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for both home and professional use, while complementing the modern, minimalist look of cosmetic and laboratory ranges. High-quality glass in combination with the dropper ensures comfortable handling, precise dosing and professional presentation of the final product.
The bottle itself is compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems depending on the selected parameters, for example with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Glass packaging is generally well tolerated by most oil-based and water-based formulations, as well as by common concentrations of acids used in cosmetics. Before final use, however, we always recommend testing the stability and compatibility of your specific formula in a smaller trial batch to verify the behaviour of the product during storage.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated and the packaging has dried is the bottle ready for filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it for separate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. As a rule, the glass bottle should be placed in the glass container, while plastic or composite parts of the cap, dropper or seals must be separated and placed in the appropriate plastic container or mixed waste according to local sorting rules. Before recycling, empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any product residues.
When filling, avoid strong impacts and use suitable tools to prevent contamination of the contents. Do not overfill the bottle to the very top so that the cap and dropper can seal properly. During storage, protect the packaging from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures and humidity. Follow the storage recommendations for the selected raw materials and regularly check the appearance, scent and consistency of the product.
