The glass bottle with cream dispenser is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of emulsions, serums and cream formulations. High-quality glass in combination with a functional dispenser helps protect the contents from contact with air and reduces the risk of contamination during normal use.
Thanks to the solid glass container, the bottle is a stable choice for both liquid and thicker products that require controlled dosing without unnecessary waste. The dark, opaque design contributes to the protection of light-sensitive active ingredients from light, which helps maintain the stability and quality of the contents for longer under proper storage conditions.
Glass bottles with this type of neck are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators, depending on the parameters selected for the specific product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle, dispenser and all dismantled parts must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for refilling again, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the product.
First remove the residues of the original product as thoroughly as possible by rinsing with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for laboratory glassware. Then rinse the individual parts of the dispenser with clean water and let them drain. Before reuse, disinfect the bottle and the dispensing mechanism with alcohol (e.g. IPA or denatured ethanol), applying it evenly to all surfaces, and allow it to evaporate completely. Only then reassemble the dispenser and fill it with a fresh formulation.
The dispenser is designed for standard creamy and emulsion products that are not extremely viscous. In practice, it usually dispenses light to medium-thick creams, serums and fluids without any problems. With very dense balms or oily formulations, dispensing may be more difficult, so we recommend always testing the real behaviour of your specific recipe first on a small trial batch and, based on that, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity or choosing another type of packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in sorted collection according to the types of materials listed in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in a glass container, and it is advisable to remove any product residues. Plastic or metal parts of the dispenser are sorted according to local collection rules (e.g. plastic/metal). Before disposal, it is practical to separate the individual components so that each material can be recycled in the appropriate waste stream.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after opening the relevant packaging category. In the filter, you can conveniently choose parameters such as neck type, required size, colour and packaging material. By combining these criteria, you quickly narrow down the range to bottles, jars or other containers that correspond to your formulation as well as to your brand’s visual requirements.
