The glass bottle, black glossy, silver glossy dropper is a compact and professional packaging for packaging liquid products where material stability and clean, accurate dispensing are important. The opaque black glass does not transmit light and naturally helps to protect the contents from UV rays, which is particularly suitable for more sensitive active ingredients, extracts and oil blends. The glass is material stable and neutral, so it helps preserve the fragrance, colour and quality of the formulation during storage and use. This packaging is also food grade approved and therefore suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.

For which products is it advantageous to use opaque black glass?

Especially for light-sensitive formulations, such as mixtures with actives, extracts or oils. Opaque glass helps limit light exposure and naturally promotes UV protection of the contents during storage.

Is this packaging also suitable for tinctures and liquid nutritional supplements?

Yes, this packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use. For each formulation, we recommend verifying the compatibility and working of the dropper with a self-test (seal, dispensing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the formulation).

Can the packaging be reused?

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging needs to be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - practically you can use IPA 99% or Ethanol 96% - and then let all parts dry completely.

How to reduce the risk of contamination when dispensing with the dropper?

We recommend minimizing dropper contact with skin and surfaces, working with clean equipment, and always capping the bottle after use. For more sensitive products, it is advisable to fill in a cleaner environment and take care to ensure that the container is completely dry after disinfection.

How do I safely dispose of and recycle the packaging if I choose not to reuse it?

If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it. After emptying the glass bottle, clean it and put it in the glass collection. Separate the parts of the cap/cap by material: aluminium in the metals collection, plastic in the plastics collection and dispose of the silicone according to the rules in your municipality (if separate collection is not available, it usually belongs in the mixed waste).
