The glass bottle with a black glossy surface and a white‑silver sprayer is an elegant and practical packaging intended for filling cosmetic products and other liquid formulations where precise and gentle dosing is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass workmanship and the reliable spray mechanism, it is suitable for products that require even distribution in the form of a mist or fine spray. The dark, opaque glass also helps protect the sensitive contents from light, which contributes to longer stability and quality of the filled blends.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). This will ensure that the final product seals reliably, does not leak and that the sprayer will function correctly even during long‑term use.

The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and maintains the stability of the new product.
The glass part should first be rinsed with water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsed thoroughly and left to dry. Then we recommend spraying or rinsing the inside of the packaging with an alcohol‑based disinfectant solution, for example with IPA 99 % or denatured ethanol. The sprayer itself should be pumped several times with clean water and then also with the disinfectant solution so that the entire dosing mechanism is flushed through.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal for low‑viscosity liquids that are to be applied in the form of a fine spray. In practice, it is most often used for facial and body toners, hydrolats, refreshing sprays, hair lotions, aromatherapeutic blends, interior sprays and disinfectant formulations based on alcohol or water. Thick emulsions or oil serums that are difficult to spray are more suitable for other types of dispensers.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, it is advisable to recycle it according to the materials specified in the product parameters. The glass part is usually placed in the container intended for glass after emptying and basic rinsing. The plastic sprayer and any other plastic components must be sorted according to the respective type of plastic specified in the description, usually into the collection of plastic packaging. Before handing over for recycling, it is always advisable to remove product residues from the packaging, so that the sorting line is not contaminated.
