Glass bottle with pipette and safety lock is a professional packaging solution designed mainly for precise dosing of cosmetic preparations, serums and concentrated blends. The matte black glass helps reduce light penetration, thereby contributing to better protection of light-sensitive formulations and to the stability of active ingredients during storage.
Thanks to the integrated pipette with safety lock, this bottle is particularly suitable for filling liquid and slightly viscous products where precise, hygienic and repeatable drop-by-drop dosing is important. The high-quality glass dropper bottle, combined with a precisely sealing closure, helps to minimize contact of the contents with the external environment and limits the risk of contamination in both home and professional production.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a pipette with safety lock, which ensures comfortable and controlled dosing. Packaging and closure combinations created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle with pipette is suitable for most common oil serums and slightly viscous blends. The pipette allows convenient drop-by-drop dosing with thin as well as medium-viscosity formulations. For very thick oils or gel-textured formulas, we recommend testing the dosing and flow of the pipette on a small sample of the product before final filling.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and pipette must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the bottle ready to be refilled.
We recommend storing filled bottles tightly closed, in a dry place, at a stable room temperature and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. The dark matte glass reduces light penetration, but for sensitive formulations it is advisable to additionally store them in a closed cabinet or drawer. For products with a higher content of volatile or sensitive substances, it is important to check whether the closure is sealing properly and whether the fragrance, colour or consistency of the contents changes over time.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend responsible recycling according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle, once freed from residual contents, is usually placed in the glass container, while the closure with pipette (a combination of plastic, possibly rubber and glass) should be separated and local waste-sorting rules should be followed. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and wipe or rinse off product residues so as not to complicate subsequent sorting at the recycling facility.
