The glass bottle with a matte surface and white spray pump is a professional packaging suitable for filling various cosmetic and hygiene preparations where gentle and even dosing in the form of a fine mist is required. High-quality glass in combination with a functional spray pump helps maintain the stability of the composition and comfort during product application. Thanks to the opaque dark glass, the contents are naturally protected from light, which can help reduce the risk of degradation of light-sensitive components.
This glass bottle with spray pump belongs among combined packaging (bottle + closure) that is assembled on Handymade so as to provide practical and reliable dosing. Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and subsequently disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Only after complete drying is it suitable to refill the container again, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and deterioration of the product.
It is suitable first to rinse the bottle free of residues of the previous product with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then to rinse it thoroughly with clean water and allow it to drain. After mechanical cleaning we recommend disinfecting the inner surface of the bottle and the parts of the spray pump that come into contact with the product with alcohol (for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). After disinfection, let all parts dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is suitable to place it in sorted waste collection according to the material indicated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle, after emptying and basic rinsing, is usually thrown into the container designated for glass, and the plastic or combined parts of the spray pump into the appropriate container for plastics or mixed waste according to local rules. We recommend following the recycling symbols and the material specification in the parameter table for the given product on Handymade, so that you ensure the most effective recycling possible.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal especially for liquid preparations with reduced viscosity that are to be applied in the form of a fine mist or spray. In practice these are facial and body waters, hydrosols, hair sprays, air and textile fresheners or aromatherapeutic blends intended for spraying.
