The glass bottle with aluminium closure represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling cosmetic products, concentrated blends and other liquid formulations where purity, stability and an aesthetic appearance are important. Glass is a long‑proven packaging material that helps maintain the properties of the contents and minimises interaction between the bottle and the product. In combination with a metal cap, it forms a durable and practical medicine bottle / vial suitable for home and semi‑professional use.
Yes, the glass container can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned mechanically, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. Such a procedure helps to minimise microbiological risks and extend the safe usability of the packaging.
Before first use, we recommend washing the bottle and cap in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing them to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces and the neck of the container with alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. We recommend the same procedure for repeated use, always with an emphasis on complete drying and clean storage.

This allows you to easily select bottles, medicine bottles, jars or pots that correspond to your formulation and the intended method of dispensing.
This type of bottle is most commonly used for concentrated cosmetic products – facial and hair oils, serums, elixirs, active blends, aromatherapy compositions and trial samples of formulations. Thanks to its compact volume, it is also suitable for products with a higher raw‑material value, where precise handling and secure closure are important. For other types of fillings, we always recommend testing the practical aspects of dosing and choosing a suitable type of closure or applicator.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues in accordance with local rules for the disposal of cosmetics or chemicals. The glass bottle itself can then, after cleaning, be placed in the container intended for glass recycling, while the aluminium cap belongs in metal collection, if this fraction is available in your municipality. Specific recommendations for recycling are governed by the material composition listed in the parameter table for the product and by the local system of separate waste collection.
We recommend storing the filled bottle tightly closed, in a dry place and at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. This minimises the risk of deterioration of sensitive components such as vegetable oils or essential oils. For products with a higher content of volatile substances, it is also advisable to limit frequent opening and leaving the neck open for long periods, in order to reduce fragrance loss and possible contamination of the contents.
