For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in the appropriate concentration, which are available in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the sprayer to dry completely and only then refill with product.

The sprayer is ideal for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that require a fine mist application. In practice it is most often used for facial and body toners, floral waters, facial refreshing sprays, hair sprays or aromatic blends intended for external use. Before filling with thicker emulsions or products with a high content of solid particles, we recommend checking on a small amount whether the sprayer mechanism does not clog and whether dosing proceeds smoothly.

First empty the bottle and rinse it with lukewarm water, optionally with the addition of a mild cleaning agent suitable for laboratory or cosmetic equipment. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of cleaning substances remain in the container. Pump clean water through the sprayer several times to remove residues of the previous product. After mechanical cleaning we recommend disinfecting with alcohol the inside of the bottle and all parts that come into contact with the product – for example using products from our range such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all components air-dry at room temperature in a clean place.

If you decide not to use the bottle with sprayer any longer, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product specifications. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass body of the bottle in the glass container designated according to local waste-sorting rules. The plastic sprayer (including the dip tube) must be separated and placed in the appropriate plastics container, provided that local recycling rules accept this type of packaging plastic. Always follow local sorting recommendations, which may be specific to your municipality or collection company.
