Glass vial with black spray pump 10 ml represents a practical and hygienic packaging solution for delicate liquid formulations that require precise and even atomization. High-quality glass ensures the stability of the filled product, while the spray pump enables comfortable and economical dosing during everyday application.
This type of bottle is popular for packaging cosmetic products based on water or hydrolats, light serums or liquid blends that need a fine spray film. Thanks to its robust construction and high-quality material, the packaging is suitable for smaller trial batches, travel sizes, as well as finished products prepared for sale or gifting.
This glass bottle with spray pump forms a functional unit ready for direct use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing performance, dosing consistency and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially at higher concentrations of active substances or aromatic components).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled appropriately. With every refilling, however, it is important to follow hygienic principles – the bottle and all parts of the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before use. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in technical purity, available in the Handymade range: IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after all parts of the packaging have completely dried is it suitable to proceed with filling a new product.
First, disassemble the packaging into its individual parts – the glass bottle, the spray head and any cap. The glass can be rinsed with warm water and a mild cleaning agent and then thoroughly rinsed with clean water. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the vial, for example using an alcohol from the Handymade range, and allowing it to dry completely. Clean the plastic parts of the spray pump gently, without using aggressive chemicals and without exposing them to excessive heat, so as not to damage the seals and mechanism. Only when all components are dry and free from residues of cleaning agents is the packaging ready to be refilled.
The spray pump is primarily intended for low-viscosity, rather water-based preparations where a fine spray is desired. More viscous emulsions or highly oil-based formulations may impair the quality of atomization or cause clogging of the nozzle. For atypical or more viscous recipes, we recommend first testing a small amount of product and verifying whether the mechanism provides a sufficiently fine, even spray and trouble-free functionality over time.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters on Handymade. The glass part can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after removing any product residues. The spray pump and plastic components are sorted according to the stated material type – the individual materials and the recommended disposal method are always listed in the parameter table for the specific product. Before placing the packaging in sorted waste, rinse it to remove product residues in order to minimize the environmental burden.
To make it easier to select a suitable bottle, vial or other packaging material, an advanced filter is available at the top of the page after you click on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material and display only those packages that meet your requirements. This allows you to quickly find packaging suitable for a specific formulation – whether it is liquid cosmetics, oil-based products or other specialized preparations.
