The glass bottle with white spray pump represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for liquid preparations for which you want to ensure gentle and even atomization. Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for filling a wide range of cosmetic and technical solutions where precise and hygienic application onto surfaces or skin is important.
This type of packaging is ideal for products where you need controlled dosing in the form of a mist or fine spray. Glass helps protect the contents from external influences and is suitable for formulations that are more sensitive to contact with plastic. The packaging enables convenient use, easy labelling with a label and a professional visual presentation of your products.
This glass bottle with spray pump forms a ready-made functional combination of packaging and dosing element. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the behaviour of the spray pump during long-term use and the reaction of the specific formulation in contact with both the packaging and the dispenser.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with spray pump is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids such as facial waters, hydrolats or light solutions. With thicker emulsions or oils, atomization may worsen or the nozzle may become clogged. We recommend always testing the behaviour of your specific formulation in a smaller trial batch, or choosing another type of dosing (for example a lotion pump or dropper) for products with higher viscosity.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, but always at your own responsibility. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. By following these steps, you reduce the risk of microbial contamination as well as undesired mixing of residues of previous formulations with the new product.
The glass part can be rinsed with warm water and detergent, thoroughly rinsed and then disinfected with alcohol (e.g. ALK001 / ALK002 products from the Handymade range). We recommend flushing the spray pump with a suitable solution (clean water or water with a small proportion of alcohol), while pressing the mechanism several times so that the solution also reaches the internal part. After cleaning, let all components dry completely at room temperature away from direct sunlight and only then refill them with product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. The glass container can usually be placed, after emptying and basic cleaning, into the appropriate collection container for glass. We recommend separating the plastic part of the spray pump (overcap, spray head, and possibly the tube) and sorting it according to the type of plastic indicated in the packaging marking. For local waste-sorting systems, follow the rules of your collection yard or municipal services.
To select a suitable bottle, vial or jar, you can use the extended filter located in the upper part of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the extended filter, you can conveniently set parameters such as type of neck, required size, colour and packaging material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the offer to models that best match the character of your product, the planned dosing and the visual style of your brand.
