The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and spray pump represents a professional packaging suitable for direct application of liquid formulations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the durable glass and high-quality spray mechanism, it is ideal for packaging products where precise and hygienic dosing without contact with the contents is important. The dark, opaque glass also helps to reduce light penetration to the more sensitive components of the formulas.
Glass is generally a very stable and inert packaging material, therefore the packaging is also suitable for most cosmetic products containing hydrolats, alcohols or preservation systems used in cosmetics. However, we recommend first testing each new formulation in a smaller amount and checking compatibility with the spray pump (smooth dosing, no clogging and stability during storage).
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Residues of the previous product could affect the stability and fragrance of the new formulation, therefore we recommend thorough rinsing and disinfection between different types of contents (for example between highly perfumed products and gentle facial sprays).
The glass part of the bottle should first be rinsed with warm water and detergent, then with clean water and, after drying, disinfected with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. We recommend pumping clean water and then an alcohol solution through the spray pump in order to flush the entire mechanism. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature before using them again for filling.

This enables you to quickly find packaging that is compatible with the required closures and suits the character of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend environmentally friendly disposal via sorted collection according to the material stated in the product parameters. In most cases, the glass bottle can, after removal of any product residues and plastic parts, be sorted into the glass container, while the spray pump and the top cover usually belong among plastic packaging. Always follow local waste-sorting rules and the recommendations resulting from the material composition listed for the particular product on the website.
