Glass bottle, black glossy, black-gold glossy dispenser, transparent top is a professional packaging and dispensing set for hygienic packaging and comfortable use of liquid products. The glass is material stable and neutral, which promotes the preservation of formulation quality during storage. The opaque black glass naturally restricts light penetration and helps to protect the contents from UV rays, which is especially beneficial for more sensitive actives, extracts and oil blends. This packaging is also food-grade certified and therefore suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own test of compatibility, seal, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation.

Opaque black glass naturally limits light penetration to the contents and contributes to UV protection. This is advantageous for formulations where light can affect the stability of the active ingredients.
Before filling, we recommend visually inspecting both the packaging and the dispenser, then cleaning as necessary and working in a clean environment. For products susceptible to microbial contamination, it is also advisable to establish an internal hygienic filling procedure.
We recommend verifying the seal, dispensing continuity and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation. Viscosity, oil or alcohol content can affect both dispensing speed and comfort of use.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected with ALK001 or ALK002 and then allowed to dry completely. For example, IPA 99 percent isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 percent denatured vegetable alcohol are suitable.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Clean the glass bottle after emptying and sort it into your glass collection. Separate the dispenser from the glass and sort according to the material marking of the individual parts into the plastic or metal collection in accordance with the sorting rules in your municipality.
