Glass bottle with aluminum cap is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling sensitive liquid preparations where protection of the contents and a representative appearance are important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the tightly closable cap, the bottle is suitable for various cosmetic formulations, concentrated blends or homemade formulations, for which you will appreciate precise dosing and reliable tightness.
The glossy dark glass helps to reduce the transmission of light to the contents, thereby contributing to better stability of sensitive substances such as natural extracts, oils or essential oils. The packaging is designed to be practical for everyday use, ergonomic to handle and aesthetically aligned with the modern minimalist style of cosmetic products.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected directly in the product detail. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohol or active ingredients).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (ALK001) or plant-based ethanol (ALK002). This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the stability of your formulations.
First thoroughly remove the residues of the original product from the bottle, then wash it in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent and rinse well so that no detergent residues remain. After complete drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner space and the thread with alcohol (IPA or ethanol) and letting it evaporate. Only then is the packaging ready for new filling, ideally in a clean working environment.
The simplest way is to choose directly from the recommended combinations in the product detail, where compatible closures, droppers or spray pumps are listed. When searching separately in the categories, you can use the filter by neck type, which will allow you to select a closure with the same thread designation. After combining, we always recommend testing the tightness and the behavior of the dispensing system with your specific formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass body of the bottle into the appropriate glass container according to local waste-sorting rules. The aluminum cap should be separated and recycled together with metal waste, or according to the recommendations of your collection system. In this way you minimize waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
