Glass bottle with glossy black surface and white pump represents a professional packaging solution for modern cosmetic formulations that require precise and hygienic dosing. Durable glass combined with a high-quality pump helps protect the sensitive contents from external influences and ensures convenient application of liquid preparations as well as products with a lighter emulsion consistency. The opaque dark design supports better protection of the contents from light, which is particularly advantageous for formulas sensitive to degradation of active ingredients.
This bottle with pump is part of a comprehensive packaging system that is designed on Handymade to cover the needs of various types of cosmetic preparations. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, uniformity and dosage amount, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of acids, alcohol content or oil components).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and helps to maintain the stability of the new formulation in the packaging.
First mechanically remove any residues of the original product, then thoroughly rinse the packaging with warm water and a mild detergent and rinse well with clean water. After drying, we recommend treating the inner surfaces of the bottle and the parts of the pump that are in contact with the product with disinfectant alcohol (e.g. IPA 99% or ethanol 96%). Before filling, make sure that no residues of cleaners or water remain in the packaging that could affect the stability of the new formulation.
Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove any product residues. Place the glass part of the bottle in the container designated for glass according to local waste sorting rules. The plastic pump (including the plastic dip tube and any smaller components) should be placed in the appropriate container for plastics or in mixed waste, depending on how your collection system handles composite materials. When recycling, follow the information given in the product parameters and the recommendations of your waste collection provider.
The bottle with pump is ideal for products that require precise and hygienic dosing in small amounts – for example facial and eye serums, concentrated elixirs, light emulsions, spot treatments, hair serums or special active treatment courses. The opaque design is advantageous for formulations that are sensitive to light, such as products containing antioxidants, botanical extracts or other active substances.
