The Glass Bottle, Black Gloss, Throat Spray is a professional container designed for hygienic and controlled spraying of liquid formulations. The opaque glass naturally helps to protect the contents from light and contributes to UV protection, which is particularly useful for more sensitive active ingredients, extracts and aromatic blends. Glass is a stable and neutral-acting material that promotes the preservation of formulation properties during storage and use. This packaging is food grade and is therefore also suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend to perform your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

The throat spray applicator is designed to dispense liquids by gentle atomization and promotes even application. It is suitable for solutions and liquid mixtures to be dispensed by spray; for thicker or oily formulations, we recommend to verify the quality of the spray in practice.
Opaque glass restricts light access and naturally helps to protect the contents from UV radiation. This is advantageous in formulations where light may affect the stability, fragrance or colour of the product.
Yes, due to the food grade quality, the packaging is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. When filling, we recommend that you observe the hygiene principles and check the compatibility with the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Prior to filling, the container should be cleaned and disinfected with IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% ( ALK002) and then allowed to dry completely.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass bottle, clean it and take it to the glass collection. We recommend separating the applicator and caps and sorting them by material into the plastic collection (or other fractions) according to the rules in your municipality.
