The glass dropper bottle is a professional, durable and aesthetic packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic and galenic preparations. Thanks to the stable glass, the packaging is ideal for products that require long‑term storage, precise dosing and reliable protection from external influences. The dark glass helps reduce light penetration to more sensitive components of formulations, which contributes to maintaining the quality and shelf life of the contents.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the offer. Screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators can be used, which improve dosing comfort and hygiene of use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass dropper bottle is suitable for various liquid cosmetic formulations such as serums, oils or toners, provided their consistency is adapted to the selected type of closure or dosing method. Glass is a material with high chemical stability which, when correctly closed, is suitable for long‑term storage of common cosmetic formulations. Before filling, we always recommend making a small trial batch to verify dosing and the behaviour of the product in the packaging.
The glass packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example the IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % products available on Handymade (IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol, ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and maintains the quality of the new product in the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass part in the appropriate container for separated glass waste. Any plastic or metal closures should be separated and sorted according to the information symbols on the packaging or according to the recommendations in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website. In this way, you will support efficient recycling of materials.
When selecting a closure or dispenser, it is important to check the compatibility of the neck type and the recommended combinations directly on the product page on Handymade. The range includes screw caps, droppers, spray pumps and various applicators, with each stating which bottles it is compatible with. All combinations of packaging and closures created directly in the e‑shop are tested and functional. Nevertheless, we recommend carrying out your own test of sealing, dosing and compatibility with your specific formulation before filling the entire batch.
