Aluminium bottle with white trigger sprayer represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging and dispensing various liquid preparations. It is a robust, reusable container with fine misting, ideal for cosmetic formulations, cleaning solutions, aqueous and alcoholic mixtures as well as household DIY products. Aluminium as a material protects the contents from external influences and, in combination with the sprayer, enables convenient and controlled application without direct contact with the hands.

This bottle is supplied directly with a trigger sprayer, and together they form a functional set for immediate use. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing uniformity and quantity, as well as the behaviour of the container and mechanism in contact with the specific formulation (content of alcohol, oils, acids or surfactants).

Yes, the container can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and trigger sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for reuse with a new fill.
The trigger sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids – aqueous solutions, hydrolats, toning sprays, alcohol-based disinfectant and cleaning preparations, light hair and body sprays or aromatherapeutic blends. For thicker emulsions or oily products, we always recommend carrying out a dosing test and, if necessary, choosing a different type of mechanism.
During use, it is recommended to regularly check the cleanliness of the dip tube and nozzle opening. When changing the fill or during longer downtime, it is advisable to flush the system with warm water and then spray briefly to remove residues of the previous formulation. Avoid mechanical damage to the nozzle and over-tightening of the sprayer head, which may affect sealing or spray uniformity.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend first using up or appropriately disposing of any remaining contents according to the nature of the preparation. The empty and rinsed aluminium bottle is usually sorted into metal waste in accordance with local recycling rules. The trigger sprayer is made up of several plastic parts and a spring, so it is sorted according to the recommendations given for similar packaging in the product parameters on the Handymade.sk website; in general, it is necessary to separate metal and plastic parts and place them in the respective collection containers according to local regulations.
Technically it is possible to use one container for different types of formulations, but it is always necessary to pay attention to thorough cleaning and disinfection of the bottle and mechanism. After each product, we recommend rinsing the entire system, cleaning it according to the nature of the original fill (water, alcohol, mild detergent) and then disinfecting it, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. When switching from cleaning or technical solutions to cosmetic formulations, we recommend rather using a separate, new container.
