Aluminium bottle with black spray pump represents a practical and durable packaging material for a wide range of liquid products, especially where fine and even spraying is important. Thanks to the metal container, the contents are well protected from external influences and suitably complement the professional appearance of the finished product. Such a bottle is a popular choice for smaller batches of cosmetics, home sprays and artisan-made preparations.
The combination of an aluminium bottle and a functional spray pump ensures comfortable dosing without the need to touch the contents, which contributes to hygienic use. The packaging is suitable for various liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity, where a fine mist or an even spray on the skin, hair or surfaces is required. With proper handling, this is a reliable and reusable packaging that makes both storage and application of the product easier.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional spray pump that is factory-adjusted to the given bottle neck of the packaging. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, type of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of alcohol, oil components or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
According to the material composition given in the product parameters, choose a suitable method of disposal and recycling. If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is appropriate to place it in the relevant separated waste stream according to the type of material (e.g. metal waste for aluminium, plastic waste for plastic parts of the closure/spray pump) in accordance with local recommendations for recycling.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, but we recommend following strict hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol (for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol). This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and of the stability of the new formulation being affected by residues of the previous product.
First, we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning medium (e.g. warm water and a mild detergent, provided it is compatible with the material and product residues). Then rinse the bottle and parts of the spray pump with clean water, allow them to drain thoroughly and dry. Before refilling, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant) and again letting it dry completely to minimise the risk of contamination.
The spray pump is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that are intended to create a fine mist or an even spray. In practice, this includes, for example, hydrating and refreshing sprays, toners, hair tonics, home and textile sprays or light cleaning solutions. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with high viscosity may reduce dosing comfort, so it is appropriate to carry out trial tests with the specific product before serial filling.
If you decide not to use the bottle any more, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The metal body of the packaging usually belongs in metal collection, while the plastic parts of the spray pump should be placed in sorted plastic waste, unless local rules require a different procedure. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the packaging, minimise product residues and, where possible, separate the individual material components (metal/plastic).
When selecting packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the respective packaging category. Using the filter, you can quickly sort available bottles, dropper bottles, jars and other containers according to several criteria – in particular by neck type, required size, colour and material. In this way, you can easily choose packaging that meets the technical and aesthetic requirements of your specific product.
